MAP Strategic Workforce Services is an industry-led non-profit organization dedicated to advocating inclusive and diverse learning cultures in NB workplaces through effective mentorship curriculums & programs, change management strategies and human resources best practices.

MAP has expertise in the skilled trades sector. MAP delivers three programs: the New Brunswick Mentor Apprentice Program (NBMAP) and New Boots: Progressing Women in Trades as well as our new pilot project: First in Trades (FIT).
