Over the past 10 years, we've been dedicated to helping thousands of individuals as they begin their journey in the skilled trades. Alongside industry and government, we've collaborated with dozens of employers to foster a more inclusive and diverse workforce.

MAP Strategic Workforce Services (MAPSWS) is an industry-led non-profit organization dedicated to creating welcoming, diverse, and inclusive workplaces in New Brunswick’s skilled trades industries through effective mentorship training, project management and human resources promising practices.  Existing since 2013, MAPSWS was formally incorporated as a non-profit organization in February 2016. MAPSWS offers four programs: NBMAP, New Boots, First in Trades and STEP.
