Eric Brideau, Acadian Construction/Local 1386, Block 4 Carpentry

The Outstanding Apprentice consistently demonstrates the five A's of apprenticeship: Attitude, Aptitude, Attendance, Ask questions, & Advocate. Eric started working with Acadian Construction as a labourer, where he was curious, hard-working, dedicated to high safety standards, and motivated to pursue status as a Journeyman Carpenter. The team at Acadian Construction sees a bright future for Eric in a leadership role, as well as a workplace mentor to his own apprentices.
